I was quite happily inspecting my new (and first) Dansco album, an 8100, when I realized with horror that the front inside cover was telling me that steel cents were produced from 1943-1947. Am I overlooking something, or is this a gross error? For all the hype that Danscos get, I wasn't expecting this kind of thing. That being said, the build quality does seem very nice.

It appears they have conflated the 1943 steel cents with the 1944-45 shell case cents and tacked on two more years for good measure.

My 8100 is old. It only has a brief description and mintage numbers through the 1980s.
