I'll say MS-64BN, perhaps 65.

Some thick rims, very PL like. I like the reverse die cracks. Toning is splotchy, it's too bad someone didn't save it when was at the all purple stage. It's an interesting coin from the perspective of patina development. The remaining purple will eventually turn brown.

MS-63BN

Nice 1909 VDB RDV-002! Decent strike, MDS dies, neck clash, dual die cracks on wheat stalks. Business strike, since all known proofs are RDV-001 and have the straight die scratch from the "E" of LIBERTY to the second horizontal fold of the coat.

I'll join the MS-63 parade. I don't have a solid feel for RB/BN from the photos, but the TPGs are getting tougher on RB designations.

Really nice eye appeal for the grade.
