Appears to be doubling on this Lincoln Penny or rotation or something are there any known examples the mint mark seems doubled also but could just be from a single squeeze

To clarify I meant how could this mint mark be doubled from a single squeeze

Sure the photo's and optical illusions do not work in your favor. It is hard to have right filter and light for those photos and almost when we see new coins.

what I see it seem to be MD.

I agree it's hard to see with these photos every time I wipe the coin it seems to affect it.

It is a 2021 D over D, its not made from a single squeeze, lol, its in the recycled die, so there will be lots of them

I don't see any doubling on the mintmark. I do see what appear to be plating blisters above the mintmark.

This is why we always say never ever clean/wipe your coin. Each time it's value goes down!

I think the doubling you are seeing is from glare doubling. Try using a defused lighting source to reduce this effect.

the 'doubling' you see is just a reflection of the devices off the field from the angled lighting source.
