Pass on it. Reverse looks like a fingerprint and the spotting is detracting.

I understand photographing proof coins is a bugger. Having said that, the images posted are washed out, so it's difficult to assess--even for toning. Yes, obverse spots and reverse fingerprint aren't helping.
