Is 1997 P Nickel Frosted Matte?

Yes yorkish all of this is hard lol. I've always wanted to do and know more and I find .I actually find dumping out the change jar and sorting and going through. pretty sure I'm not the only one here though so its alright & & I didn't know liking error coins was a whole seperate thing so that was surprising. I actually thought all. Coin collectors wanted did& & & & I was wrong. So yea I had sidenote with that because I'd like to know but I didn't think it could be one.
