Hi all,

I acquired this coin and after many failed attempts to ID it over the past year, I've finally realized it's likely a 1786 connecticut draped bust colonial. I have 0 knowledge about these issues, so I'm hoping someone here can help confirm that I have that ID correct. It's in pretty bad shape, but any idea of valuation/grade would be welcome too.
Thank you!

I dont know all that much about colonial coppers but after doing some research my best guess would be a 1786 Connecticut mailed bust left.
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

Thanks Jakes Coins! This turned up in a 10 lb grab bag of wold coins I ordered on ebay--It probably passed through countless hands before mine without anyone realizing what it was. Definitely an exciting find, and I'd love to learn more about it.
