I don't see anything that says fake to me. Lettering font and date look genuine. Standard circulation wear. What's the weight?

Definitly a counterfeit. Hope you didn't pay too much for it.
Can you weigh it, it's probably silver plated.

Also, a comparison will show the eagle's head is quite less menacing than on the real McCoy.

Just compare the photo of your coin with a photo of a genuine coin.
I can spot at least 6 differences without even looking hard
on both the Obverse and Reverse.

Hey guys been doing more research and got a caliper. The coin is 38.11 and 2.46. It's not magnetic and weighs 26.73 on the money literally. Ima go get it checked I think it's legit.

Diameter should be 38.5 but if you think it is worth checking out, then by all means go ahead.
Let us know the results and hope you can prove us wrong.

This coin is fake, sorry. That doesn't mean that it isn't some alloy of silver. It is a better fake, but fake.

So sorry you got shafted on this. And believe it or not, it is entirely our fault. I don't mean that sarcastically. We did this to ourselves.

About forty years ago the People's Republic of China "opened" its economy to foreign direct investment. American firms lined up to take advantage of cheap, docile labor, subsidized energy and the absence of any obligation to pay for benefits, environmental controls or insurance. Soon our entire political system was overwhelmed by lobbyists claiming that trade with China was "free trade", and before you knew it both parties were signing up to tariff free access for Chinese companies, whether or not there was any US investment involved.

Not only did all this serve to enrich and empower a brutal dictatorship and a formidable geo-strategic adversary, and not only did it serve to pauperize our own workers while nearly destroying our own industrial base, it also made it profitable for mass counterfeiting operations based in southern China to flood the market with cheap copies of numismatic basics, like the 1921 Morgan.

Like I said, it is entirely our fault.

With respect, if you can't see the clear differences between this and a genuine coin, then you've picked the wrong hobby.
