I just received a 2008 celebration buffalo I had ordered from the mint,and its cellophane is cracked and the coin has two dents. If I wanted to exchange this with the mint for a new one, would it cost me anthing extra, because the price has gone up since I had ordered it. How would I go about exchanging it?
any help is greatly appreciated.

Call the mints toll free number and have your account number ready
