Another CRH find. Looks good to me, but I can't find doubling anywhere except LIBERTY. It's easiest to see the doubling on the R of LIBERTY. 2003-D has no DDO's as of me posting this, so this would be a new DDO-001! Hoping to get this one listed soon.

The doubling on the right side of the letters?

The letters look thinner than they should, I think this is MD. Maybe accentuated by a little grease on the die? Thinness of LI and those striations remind me of a grease strike.

You could absolutely be right. I might just be looking at too many coins and seeing things. The shape of the space in the R is what led me to initially believe this to be a DDO, and there seems to be slants on the R and the B. Here, I'll try to point out what I'm seeing:
