I cannot find a DDO that matches this for an uncirculated 40 percent Eisenhower. It seems to be closer to the proof DDO's. I checked Variety Vista and Wexler's. Thanks for looking

The top of the L and I have a minor split but its hard to get a good pic. The G and a few other devices in IGWT appear to have them as well but minor

Definitely a DDO.
I've found an unattributed one as well and was told these end up in the TMTL category because most serious collectors of this series focus on the stronger doubled varieties.

I'm not sure what would happen if it was sent for attribution but Variety Vista/CONECA isn't taking coins yet for new attributions.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

Thanks Dearborn and Petespockets55, Maybe they will start taking submissions sometime soon I would like to send this one which was one of 2 that was bought together when new and the 72 proofs I had posted a while back
