I suggest you try to be down to the point and specific regarding what it is you need to know about this coin, therefor member can better help, " mistakes" doesn't tell us what it is you need to know!

If you paid more than one cent for it, it would be considered a purchasing error.
If you got a damaged coin for face value you didn't lose anything, chalk it up to experience.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
