the position of the mintmark in relation to the date does not match WDDO-002.

also, from the pictures uploaded, I dont see any doubling.

Note the mintmark location:

Note the side by side of the devices that are affected:
Is-This-1982-D-1cent-WDDO-002?
Side by sides with the first information:
Is-This-1982-D-1cent-WDDO-002?
The difference is the shape and size of the devices compared with a normal example. This will help train your eyes.
