I am sure there are photographs elsewhere of this, possibly saying other information. Mashops.com might have one in their archives, possibly others like numista.com as well. For the first time, a city council is elected to nominate to the king a candidate for the mayor's office . (averse) A very nice medal about the city history of Berlin. Quote: "Verordnung" means like decree or ordinance. In modern justice it means a decree from ministry to describe standard rules how to interpret and use text of laws.
