2007-P 25c Wyoming With Doubled Ear-Possible New Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ?

mb560600 Valued Member United States 356 Posts	Posted 01/12/2022 12:08 am There are 3 Wexler listings for a doubled ear on the 2007-P Wyoming 25c, but this one is different: it has a larger doubling of Washington's ear. There does not appear to be any other doubling on the obverse which would indicate that this is MD. Could this be a candidate for a new DDO listing? Report this Post to the Staff

I was puzzled because my eyes noted that the earlobe just does not look normal---and I was aware that glare or lighting could have contributed to this. So here are two more views of this earlobe area. There appears to be a distinct ridge/separation line at the edge of the lobe. Report this Post to the Staff
