There are 3 Wexler listings for a doubled ear on the 2007-P Wyoming 25c, but this one is different: it has a larger doubling of Washington's ear. There does not appear to be any other doubling on the obverse which would indicate that this is MD.
Could this be a candidate for a new DDO listing?

The earlobe looks normal to me. I think you're getting some glare from lighting on the side of the ear.

Slight contact or MD on the that area, removing the normal coins contour on that device.

Thanks for responding Coop and Tanman2001. I was puzzled because my eyes noted that the earlobe just does not look normal---and I was aware that glare or lighting could have contributed to this. So here are two more views of this earlobe area. There appears to be a distinct ridge/separation line at the edge of the lobe.

The DDO on the earlobes, you can see the areas raised above the normal design on them:

I'm not seeing that on your coin.

Thanks for taking a look, Coop. This is the correct place on the coin to look for a DDO, as I understand it. That's why I questioned the strange looking ridge line under the earlobe.
