Yep, this to me does look in the MS-67 range to me, but I can't plus this due to a few contact marks here and there.

Obverse high point weakness, some field distractions, weakness also affected the reverse. Looks to have a slight toning on the reverse at 5-6 o'clock. The malformation in the cornice holds it to 65-66 IMO.

Might be the same reverse die, the wreaths at five and six are incomplete. Can't be though. One is from Denver.
Just for the sake of discussion. This reverse is from the PCGS website and it's a 1961 PCGS graded MS-67+ Lincoln Cent. The coin I posted is also highly magnified. The hits on the front are magnified 40 or 50 times. They are small ,yet they are there.

BadThad, this particular Lincoln has luster from the next room. Hey I am either psychic or psycho so Your response is "Well Bill take your chances; I am telling you what I see" that's good enough for me. I want to only submit coins that have a legitimate shot at 67. Don't judge a picture. A picture cannot capture luster or may hide things. You see guys I am learning. PCGS puts pictures like this to sucker you in to submitting (I almost believe this)

I'll say MS-67RD on this one.
