I agree with COOP, this FS I think it is only marketing issue for their ways to keep the prices and theirs assignment of the coins.

PS.: The ANA standard contradict those TPG.

Obviously not FS. Going to need a close up of the mint mark and in focus with less glare.

Close, but even without the hit this one is not FS.

All other things being equal, I'd rather have a well-struck EDS FS (except-for-a-hit-on-the-steps) nickel than an LDS, orange-peeled example without the hit. I apply the same standard to all denominations, but due to the hard alloy, the die state and resulting eye appeal is especially apparent on Jeffersons.
