All other things being equal, I'd rather have a well-struck EDS FS (except-for-a-hit-on-the-steps) nickel than an LDS, orange-peeled example without the hit. I apply the same standard to all denominations, but due to the hard alloy, the die state and resulting eye appeal is especially apparent on Jeffersons. Report this Post to the Staff
