I'm calling this one a Large 5, Stems on Wreath variety. Do you folks agree? What's your thinking on grade?

Thanks in advance for your opinions. Kirch.

P.S. Photos from new digital microscope. Still learning the lighting.

I'll say VF-30, can't offer input on the variety

Agree with VF-30, and also agree that it's a large 5 with stems.

Is the color true? Is the background supposed to be white?

Thanks everyone.

John1 - Color is off. Still working on color with the scope. Correct, the background should be white.

VF25 by me - but I'm not crazy about the obverse rim.

I'd still like to see some different pics. The colors just don't look natural.

Coinfrog - I agree. The color in the pic does not match the coin in hand. That was one of the earliest pics I took with the new digital scope. I think I've got the lighting & color down better now. I'll try to take some new ones tomorrow night.

Coinfrog,

Here are new pics not using the scope's built in light. Using the indirect lamps on the sides of the stage base. Color is truer. Thanks.

Much more attractive images. But there still seems to be a lack of depth in these surfaces - I don't believe it's an original coin..

Coinfrog,

Well, that's concerning. Do you mean counterfeit, modified, something else?

Thanks again for your insights.
