Probably to many distractions by the bowtie a couple hits on primary obverse area and a distraction below M on reverse of AMERICA. Seems like all lettering is bold. Seems to be an EDS

I like the subtle woodgrain look on the obverse. I have a similar example tucked away.

If a woodie at all it is very light . A little too many minute issues to send in . MS-63RD

Color seems off - too dense to see surfaces clearly.

I think there are too many distractions in the surface colors to hit 67.
