1948-s I think this is a double. if you look at the leters,like the S it's biger on the top of the s. but the 8 looks ghosting looks like ddo-002. any help

NOT DDO-002.
DDO-002 has a tilted mint mark and in a different position.

as for the S in TRUST, more to follow... stay tuned same bat time, same bat channel

i looked at one of my 1948 S LWC. mine is in a VLDS but seems to have that same fat top compared to the lower part of the S in TRUST.

NORMAL?

The S is normal for this year. I do not see any doubling.

Where you see this doubling?

was looking at the thickness of the tops of the T's and bottoms of the R's the curve in the bottom of the 1
