Let me try to get better images. I don't think heat error no other damage anywhere else and the nose is distinctly doubled in appearance.

Still looks like heat damage not an error.If you want to,post a pic of the reverse.

Always show us both sides of your coin. I agree, your coin appears to have heat damage, post mint ( no mint errors, sorry).
