inherited a bunch of Coins from late Grandma.
Been doing a lot of research about Coin Errors.

I found this one particular Quarter from The State Collection, it's the 2002 D Louisiana that has 3 letter "D" under the letters "TY" in LIBERTY.

Has anyone come across this in your Collection? Please see Pictures. I greatly appreciate your response.
