need more information. picture of the reverse will help as well.
preliminary I'd have to say damage due to extreme heat separating the layers.

As stated looks like possible heat damage but need full photos
of both sides (which should be the norm) to confirm.

At this point, it appears to be post-strike damage caused by the application of extreme heat--perhaps from a hobby grade butane torch.
