I look at Two Cents SMS one from 65 and other 67 who has same thing. Simply coincidence or was reuse the old 65 die? You can judge from the photos here. Look at the first column after the president.

That is on all Lincoln Memorial cents.
It is what is known as "false columns"

I think silviosi is talking about the column just to the right of Lincoln.

Thanks I will go to see about "false columns". I didn't know and for me was funny because the SMS64 and 66 do not has.

These false columns have been on all of the fresh die state Memorial dies since 1959 until 2008 the last year. Some were polished off the dies as they had clashes. They are started out the same, but with die events happening, they may not have made it till the last coin was struck on each of these dies.
