Strike weakness on obverse is common for this date and no big deal. Alas, the photos do not permit assessment of the surface integrity, but I suspect it is a very nice coin. Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6384 Posts	Posted 01/20/2022 9:47 pm Significant weakness on the lower shield and the corresponding area on the reverse wreath. Maybe the planchet was a little thin? The minor obverse scratches aren't bad but surfaces don't look original. Maybe re-toned over an old cleaning? Detail appears to be in the 45 to 50 range.
