I thought it was a strike-through at first, but with all the die cracks, it must be a die problem. You can play tic-tac-toe between the cracks. Probably latest stage - die crack unlisted by Haxby from leaf 8 to 9.

Looks like a PC59-192 56axJ15 not sure what or when that mark would have happened maybe Phil310 will chime in with his thoughts

I think you might be looking at the beginnings of a collapsed die at the 59.

That's a great coin TerryT! I agree with Dan that the die is collapsing from all of the cracks. The crack from leaf 8-9 does make it a later state than what is in the catalog. I haven't seen one that late before.
I love those late state coins! Thanks for sharing it.
