I have some bronze medals that came in a thick cardboard holder. I only need 6 more. Has anybody seen them? Who made them?

The holder is about 4mm thick. The medals are 5.5 thick because of high profile. I don't need the plastic case that came with them originally.

I'd love to find a source for thick (and safe) cardboard holders (and mylar flips too) for 'thick' coins and medallions.
