There are no annulets or mullets in the obverse fields or on the king's chest. Henry IV is pretty rare too. There are annulets in two quarters on the reverse. So it could be a Henry VI halfpenny (first reign, 1422-1461), annulet issue. HENRIC REX ANGL; CIVITAS LONDON (S 1848).
