Based on the specifications you gave this sounds like an English halfpenny around the turn into the 15th century

Henry again based on the henric on the obverse, seems to be IV or V

I'm not sure about Henry IV or V. There are no annulets or mullets in the obverse fields or on the king's chest. Henry IV is pretty rare too.

There are annulets in two quarters on the reverse. So it could be a Henry VI halfpenny (first reign, 1422-1461), annulet issue. HENRIC REX ANGL; CIVITAS LONDON (S 1848). Like this: https://www.amrcoins.com/coins-for-...G-0499-HS20/
