My guess:
Licensed ?(bread) Carters?

I remember the bread carter doing his rounds, when I was a young child.

His bread van? - a green Ford 10 panel van, early to mid 1950's.

It's not a bread token; bread tokens are always denominated in "loaves", rather than in pence, and always had the baker's name on it so the baker could quickly identify their own tokens. There were no generic "New South Wales" bread tokens.

Not entirely sure where it's from, as I only have catalogues for Queensland tokens. There wasn't a "New South Wales Labor Club". There was a New South Wales Leagues Club, which would be my best guess until I received confirmation from a local source.
