I think MD also, and to my knowledge, there aren't many 66 DDR's around.

I like md too, does look like some doubling to me in 4th picture, and I thought md would double towards the rim... but this doesn't, so I believe its really doubled

  Note on UNITED, the devices are enlarged, not reduced by Machine Doubling. Here is a side by side of one set of these devices with another normal die devices with Machine Doubling on the coin.  Note the differences in the sizes?

I agree, Machine Doubling. This is a die event, not a mint error or variety.   to the CCF!
