Hello,

I am new to coins and medals. I found this San Sisto medal this afternoon and found two comparables online, but neither with much information. I think this medal has a fairly weak strike and likely lower quality than others I have seen, but are these type things just devotional medals? They were not currency as far as I can tell.

Any information would be appreciated!!
