Two years too late.
Hangers ended in '64 with the first portrait.
I'd like to say it's worth face value but you can't spend it unless you have four more to go with.
Does have some interesting no value added doubling going on.
Keep it if you like it, you have quite literally nothing to lose.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

It does have about 4 cents in copper in it though so it is worth that.
