1883 CC Strike Through Or Reverse Clash

Is this assigned a VAM # or can someone let me know what this is and if it is of any significance. I talking about the star like strike through on the rev left wing tip at the rim. It is depressed but not on the denticles. Maybe that mark was already on a blank planchet before striking? Thanks

Listed for the repunched date and mintmark, die clash, and die scratch on the wing.

But yes the die polishing between the wingtip and denticles is noted as a die marker.
