The rim looks fat on this coin. That is why I think it is a Dryer Coin, but I am not sure. Any help?

The obverse is showing a minor instance of misaligned die. An end-on pic of the rim might tell us more about dryer characteristics. At first glance, the coin doesn't seem to fit the Dryer Coin mold--unless it is very early stage.

Not a Dryer Coin.
Not an off-center coin.
It is a MAD=misaligned coin.
