So with this coin other than the apparent lamination issues,
The dates third and fourth 9 have a sunken look to them with a rimmed edge? Is this caused impart by the lamination issues ?

This looks to be a Dryer Coin. I pulled three out of my dryer the other day and they were polished more that this one. I almost posted them.
