Machine doubling. Note all the devices outside edge on that one direction is what you are seeing. Not a doubled die. The doubled dies are not found on those areas. They are in the center areas of the designs on the States and the ATB Quarters. Take a look at the sites to see where you should be looking for the DDOs-DDRs. Then you have a lot better chance to find a doubled die.
