I'll say AU-50, possibly cleaned.

It's a nice AU-level coin, and while I can't be entirely sure of the surfaces from these pics, they don't show obvious tampering.

The date is too common to warrant assessment by a TPG.

Also, with common date coins it pays to be patient, and pass over specimens with obvious imperfections. A TPG is more apt to detail this minor rim damage on a high-mintage coin, and few buyers would be willing to overlook it:

AU50 I dont the rim bumps are sufficient to details the coin
