this is 5 cent VITTORIO EMANUELE III from 1909. it seems to have some marks on it. maybe someone could help me with this if it's an error? and if this coin has any value?

Hello and

Unfortunately this looks like post-mint damage ( PMD). Looks as though someone has attacked your coin with a hammer and a punch. A shame because these early 20th-century Italian coins have beautiful designs.
