Is olympus Indian Head penny is penny in between date date and and the word America it looks like there's an arrow pointing toward the date or is it just a coincidence?

Just damage. PMD
It is impossible for an arrow to suddenly appear during the striking of the coin.

To CCF , with the amount of damage on that coin it's
possible for you to see all kinds of things that don't make any sense .
