I'm a sucker for all the seated liberty series.

And I'm a TOTAL sucker for my proto-Victorian dead babe, of whom I had frequent naughty dreams in college, pictured below. Extra points for naming her. (Hint: she died 26 years before this coin was minted in appropriately tragic circumstances).

Sorry, but can you please keep the "babe" and "frequent naughty dreams" stuff to yourself? This is a family-friendly coin forum for a hobby that already suffers enough from a lack of diversity without perpetuating the creepy old guy stereotype. I know you're probably trying to joke around but it comes off as weird and inappropriate.

Geez, compared the stream of manipulative pandering & suggestive material our children are exposed to every day on American TV, I'm supposed to believe that collegiate romantic fantasies about a towering literary figure like Emily Bronte are "creepy" and "not family friendly"?

And what precisely is meant by "a hobby that suffers enough from a lack of diversity"? I know you're only trying to impose a some grand moral standard, perhaps crafted at the UC-Berkeley Dept of Sociology, but it comes across as wokish, arrogant and inappropriate. Kindly allow us old white men to enjoy our forum without elitist opprobrium, and keep your fluffy politics to yourself.

By the way, the painting of Emily Bronte is part of a larger group portrait painted by her brother Patrick. It hangs in the National Portrait Gallery in London.
