I'm seeing a quarter suffering from post-strike damage. I imagine the reverse shows similar characteristics?

How about an option for none of the above or PMD. You should always show both sides of the coin.

My apologies I did upload 2 pics front and back but I was having trouble posting both due to bad cell reception. It took SEVERAL attempts to get the one I did posted. I will upload them again in a lit bit. I'm in the same place as when I posted (taking a break from work). No sense in trying & getting the same results.

I agree with everyone,it is a mangled and badly damaged coin worth just the face value,it did not come out of mint looking that way!

the marking on the rim at the bottom on the obverse could be from the olive branch from the reverse of another quarter impressed by a vise.
