I found this quarter and it is dull and brown on one side , Is it missing its coating.?I also have a 2000 sackachewea (sp?) dollar that has both sides brown like the one side of this quarter..
I put another quarter different year next to it for comparing purposes..
I had better lighting with the sack one but the quarter looks the same in color as it as well..
