@Dakoya0404: Your piece is a privately-struck commemorative medal that dates to the 1960s and the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the US Civil War. Many similar medals were issued at the time. Your piece is not a coin.

If you are wondering about its market value...it is fair to say that medals such as this do not generally carry a premium. I've seen your medal offered for as little as $3 at coin shows I've attended. You may find a buyer willing to pay more, but your medal's condition also limits its market potential.
