Really cool 2013 $1 bill that shows the great seal bleeding through to the front side I think. It also may be an error printed on the front side. You can see the seal and the eagles foot holding the arrows exactly where it is on the back side. What do you guys think and what would be the value of this? Thanks!

Maybe just ink offset from a sheet that had wet ink laid on top of it?

Possibly. If the bills are perfectly stacked on top of another that explains how it matches with the back seal. I wonder if that makes it valuable?

Ink bleed-through is extremely unusual. I've only seen it on serial numbers before. If I had to guess, I'd say that it's possibly an ink transfer from another note after it left the BEP. How it happened is anyone's guess.

It is not bleed through from the back. The arc of the circle for the Great Seal can be seen on the close up image running below 706 in the serial number. It would run through the leading 1. The reverse image on the face is above that. You can see the arc again between the position letter H4 and the Fed number 5. This also does not line up with the reverse image on the face.
