PCGS slab. Not from Omaha Bank Hoard. Mark across "T" in "LIBERTY" is on plastic.

On first glance, assuming that that mark across the face is also on the plastic (looks like it), I'd grade MS-66.

It is a business strike...and there is a scratch on the left check. However, in hand the scratch is very faint. With 3x glass it is more visible.

I don't remember the grade. It is above MS65.
