On first glance, assuming that that mark across the face is also on the plastic (looks like it), I'd grade MS-66.

It is a business strike...and there is a scratch on the left check. However, in hand the scratch is very faint. With 3x glass it is more visible.

I don't remember the grade. It is above MS65.

Knocks it down to 64-65 at best then : (
