gsp193 Pillar of the Community United States 975 Posts	Posted 02/14/2022 11:15 am I just took this out of a proof set from ebay. It has really great luster, cartwheel etc. It has a few brown spots here and there but has no nicks,scratches or bag marks. It does have a few small black spots on reverse near rim. Curious about your thoughts on conservation and possible grade. I encapsulated it but am curious if I should do anything else. I'm thinking probably not worth having graded unless submitted in a bulk submission which I do not have "Bulk" to submit.
