Noobie here guessing Ms63

Edit - My first thought has been a grade high while I'm learning so I have to deduct 1

I'll say MS-66 tops, not worth grading.

Bump,
I've looked at this one over and over and still surprised I went so low.
Here is my thought process.
Obverse
9 and 8 have marks. Neck has chatter. Three marks on the cheek. All of this is small so maybe the large photos make it worse in my eye then I'm making it. Fields and rim are pretty good.
Reverse is quite nice. Only the claw and right leg have marks. I see feathers on the left leg. Some chatter on the lower leaves.
Overall the eye appeal is not that great.
I can concede I was low but is this really over MS 64?
