I go through a huge number of hundred dollar bills on the daily...

I've been looking for guides on youtube, and the majority of people only discuss serial numbers and star notes.

Aside from serial numbers and grades. What does someone look for, with 100 bills. To see if they find anything interesting enough to sell.

Are there any guides you guys can point to?

The Series designation and the condition of the note are also critical variables.

Some look for errors. Mismatched serial numbers, ink smears, rolled digits, gutter folds and an assortment of other defects. And some look for Fancy serial numbers like Radars, Repeaters, low serial numbers and a host of other peculiarities.

People will buy consecutive $100 bills, especially if they are star notes.

Look for the inverted watermark and security thread error. Most, but not all, are on 1996 dated AB prefix notes.

. Look for the green instead of blue stripe on the new $100.
