1943-D Steel Cent RPM D/D? Need Help

I bought a little pack of 1943 steel cents at the coin shop yesterday just to put on display I looked through my loupe today and I saw some strange stuff happening around the D mint mark. The S mint mark in the set also has doubling but we will start with this... If you have any ideas on the grade also that would be awesome!

Grade and RPM doesn't matter when the coin has been reprocessed.

No clue what you are talking about above poster please give me details I'm not familiar with reprocessed?

The coin was replated (reprocessed) at some point to enhance the appearance - it has no value above face. These abound, there are tens of thousands of them.

Also no varieties are on your coin. Just extreme die ware. This is always in the direction towards the nearest rims. Also the re-processing makes it just a Wheat cent. She how shiny it is? It didn't look like that when it was struck:
