1974 Roosevelt Dime. May Be Stamped Twice?

The backside bottom, lettering, torch, leaves...The front has something on the head ( hair area ), some doubled letters "In God We Trust" and also the date ( most noticeable is the 7 and 4 light on the 1 and 9 ) and the T and Y in Liberty.
