1974 Roosevelt Dime. May Be Stamped Twice?

There is so much going on with this. The backside bottom, lettering, torch, leaves...The front has something on the head ( hair area ), some doubled letters "In God We Trust" and also the date ( most noticeable is the 7 and 4 light on the 1 and 9 ) and the T and Y in Liberty.

The term used for the thing you're asking about is "struck," not "stamped," but unfortunately, this coin is just damaged from circulation. Maybe it got double stomped in a parking lot.

Looks like damage to me. There is no way that an overdate is possible. I can't remember the year they stopped doing them but it was much before 74
