I enlarged your pic a little for easier viewing, It looks like a contact mark showing metal displacement that's been pushed to the right,but a closer shot will be helpful to determine whether it's a contact mark or struck thru grease.
But as mentioned above no matter what the cause it does not carry a premium above the face, sending it to the TPG is a waste of $$
